Closeout Package

The closeout package is the collection of final documents handed over at the end of a solar project. It typically includes as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty information, lien waivers, and inspection sign-offs.

Collecting these documents from subcontractors and vendors is one of the most tedious parts of project wrap-up. Emails arrive at odd hours, files are misnamed, and missing items are only discovered weeks later.

The Field Agent automates closeout document intake: it receives emails, classifies attachments, matches them to the correct project, and logs them in Supabase: usually in under 30 seconds per document.
